Successfully finish the PLACE New Agent Launch program
Support sales agents in guiding clients to discover their perfect homes
Provide comprehensive, written feedback to fine-tune clients' home search parameters
Commit a minimum of 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
Participate in weekly script practice sessions as required by the team
Take part in team events in line with team standards
Attend weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
Utilize our Technology to monitor tasks and activities
Qualification
Required
