Responsibilities
Develop and manage best-practice budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform ad hoc analysis to support decision-making and identify key business drivers
Analyze financial impacts, identify underlying trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Serve as the go-to resource for financial analysis within the FP&A function, ensuring insights and recommendations align with financial goals
Work with NetSuite ERP system owners and other internal stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and analysis
Assist in aligning financial reporting processes across multiple teams and systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally in CPG or SaaS industries
Proficiency with NetSuite ERP or similar systems
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Exceptional problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented approach
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred
Experience with short-term direct cash flow forecasting
Experience in a PE-backed organization
Familiarity with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting application
Familiarity with SaaS revenue accounting, reporting, and related KPIs
