Responsibilities
Operates and monitors of process and equipment, adjusts machine and press alignment and makes minor machine alterations as required
Assembling automatic pool covers and related parts
Assist with packaging, labeling and reporting product
Checks quality of finished product; responsible for accept/reject decisions based on quality control test results
Drives forklift if needed to move product and/or tooling
Maintains good housekeeping practice in work area
Completes all required documentation and paperwork deemed necessary to complete
Adheres to company policies, procedures and safety standards
Adheres to all quality assurance programs
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
Previous technical experience is a plus
Must be mechanically oriented with attention to detail and an ability to troubleshoot problems
Must be a team player with a good work ethic and a high level of dependability
Must be able to conduct heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Must be able to work OT though the week and weekends
