Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain product features for our iOS and Android applications
Apply best practices for mobile app architecture, performance, and maintainability
Write high-quality, testable, and reusable code using mobile best practices
Diagnose and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues
Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes for mobile applications

Required

BS or MS in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms
5+ years of experience building and deploying mobile applications for commercial products
Strong understanding of native mobile development using Swift for iOS, and/or Kotlin for Android
Experience with mobile networking, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket communication
Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Quick)
Understanding of App Store and Google Play deployment processes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred

Familiarity with cryptography and privacy-focused architectures, or a strong motivation to learn
Familiarity with functional reactive programming (e.g., ReactiveX)
Previous work with data synchronization, across users and across devices
