Collaborate across the design and sales teams to ensure content is engaging and updated

Follow best practices when make customer facing updates to our websites

Use and understand page templates and coinciding components

Accurately update internal ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting on requests

Participate in required QA across our websites

Participate in weekly meetings with development team to stay up to date on new web components and functionalities

Provide feedback on tools and processes to optimize team and workflow

Qualification

Required

1-3 years of prior professional experience in a similar or related role

Should have experience with Sitecore CMS

Preferred

Minimal Photoshop experience is a plus
