Responsibilities

Oversees the gathering of requirements from users and stakeholders and guides the overall development of information architecture for user experience projects
Works with key stakeholders to understand and align user experience efforts across products and initiatives
Studies and evaluates how users feel about a system, including ease of use, perception of value, and efficiency in performing tasks
Translates user needs and business requirements into features and functionalities for web and mobile experiences
Creates visual designs, identifies and understands user journeys, and builds wireframes for development teams
Presents complex design concepts, user needs, and design rationales to cross-functional teams, business partners, and senior leadership
Reviews work from designers to ensure designs are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end user priorities
Fosters collaboration across product teams to design solutions and share best practices

Required

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
May require certification
