Responsibilities
Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the compensation and benefits staff
Lead the design, development, and implementation of base pay and incentive programs, equity plans, and benefits programs
Partner with executives and collaborate with HR Business Partners and other divisions within the Human Resources Department
Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules
Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
Requires 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in compensation and/or benefits
Preferred
Requires 1+ years' experience with people management
Proven ability to interact with all levels of associates and management
Local to Northern VA, DC or MD is preferred
