QubicaAMF Worldwide - Bowling Products is seeking a Senior Accountant – Treasury responsible for managing daily cash operations and maintaining banking relationships. This role plays a critical part in cash flow forecasting and supporting monthly close activities.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily cash reports and cash flow projections
Maintain and manage banking relationships
Ensure accurate recording of all cash receipts and direct payments (wire transfers, ACH debits)
Post cash receipts, AR adjustments, customer refunds, and internal cash transfers
Monitor and manage borrowing and repayment activity on the company’s line of credit
Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate treasury operations
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required
3–5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on treasury or cash management
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently
Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
Strong understanding of cash management, treasury operations, and general ledger accounting
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred

Experience with banking systems and cash forecasting tools preferred
