Responsibilities
Lead and supervise teller staff to ensure efficient, customer-focused service
Perform and oversee customer banking transactions while resolving service inquiries
Coach and motivate tellers to identify customer needs and refer appropriate financial solutions
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Conduct regular cash counts and maintain operational accuracy of teller drawers and cash vault
Train, develop, and mentor team members on operational and service standards
Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain branch operational integrity and assist in their absence
Promote digital banking tools and customer channels to enhance the customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or banking environment
Preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a financial or retail setting
Experience with cash handling and sales referral processes
