Assist in training staff on new processes and ensuring proper usage of our various systems

Maintain data integrity in both our Slate CRM system and Banner

Serve as a lead on certain projects and processes within the operations area

Assist recruitment staff and other offices with processing questions

Required

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field of study required

Eighteen (18) months related work experience

Good written and verbal communications required

Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment that is prone to frequent changes and regular interruptions

Must be detail-oriented and have ability to keep organized and accurate records
