Responsibilities

Development of a Mortgage Servicing Corporate Advances tracking database to document and track mortgage servicing corporate advances and corporate advance recoveries, which would require building code and producing reports to track and store information related to residential corporate advances

Analyzes data requirements, application and processing architecture, data dictionaries, and database schema(s)

Designs, develops, amends, optimizes, and certifies database schema design to meet system(s) requirements

Gathers, analyzes, and normalizes relevant information related to, and from business processes, functions, and operations to evaluate data credibility and determine relevance and meaning

Develops database and warehousing designs across multiple platforms and computing environments

Develop an overall data architecture that supports the information needs of the business in a flexible but secure environment

Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum of 5 years of progressive data analyst experience in mortgage servicing portfolios, mortgage corporate advances, and operational performance analysis in mortgage servicing operations required

Experience with business intelligence platforms and other BI tools

Intermediate-level experience in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
