Depot Connect International (DCI) is a global leader in Tank/ISO Tank Container Services and Tank Trailer Parts. They are currently seeking a Trailer Mechanic to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on tank trailers at their Salem, IL location.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated Skill In Most Of The Following Areas

Mechanical skills and abilities

The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer

Tank service and repair

Trailer suspension installation and repair

Experience with air brake systems and repairs

Willingness to learn how to MIG/TIG weld on aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

With assistance, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

Must be able to fit through a tank trailer manhole

Must be able to work in confined spaces
