Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a senior attorney, identifies and manages legal risk for the organization
Provides procedural legal advice on routine legal matters
Conducts research and provides legal support to more senior attorneys within the enterprise legal function on a variety of complex legal and business issues
Reviews and prepares transactional and other routine legal documentation
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
Typically 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
