InternCrawford Hoying is seeking a Project Management Intern to support the planning and oversight of various construction projects. The intern will learn key project management skills and gain exposure to the construction industry while assisting experienced Project Managers.

Responsibilities
Assist in creating, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules
Support communication between business, technical teams, and stakeholders
Help gather information for cost, material, and labor estimates in collaboration with project staff
Learn to evaluate alternative construction methods for efficiency and quality under supervision
Aid in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
Assist with ordering materials and scheduling inspections as needed
Help review and process project invoices
Support the preparation and management of subcontracts
Observe and assist with implementing quality control standards
Support the review of production reports, timesheets, and other project records
Research current trends and developments in the Construction industry
Demonstrate integrity and a positive attitude in representing the company and its customers
Qualification
Required
Flexibility, adaptability, good time management, and strong customer service orientation
Assist in creating, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules

Preferred
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Interest in learning about construction project management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn, proactive work ethic, and professional conduct
Valid Driver's License preferred (if site visits are expected)
