Spicer Exceptional ABA Therapies, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their growing team. The role involves providing individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), focusing on skill development and communication for clients.

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record accurate session data
Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualification

RBT CertificationHIPAAData collection experienceBehavior management strategiesSpecial needsBackground in psychology

Required

Current RBT Certification (required)
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)

Preferred

Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
