Assistant Project Manager, Dry Utility Coordination
DFM Development Services is a local firm dedicated to providing red tape consulting services to the Real Estate Development and AEC industry. They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist with various tasks, including conducting dry utility assessments and supporting project initiation for real estate developer clients throughout the Metro DC Region.

Responsibilities
Conduct dry utility assessments for current and prospective clients as requested
Support project initiation by submitting work order requests and coordinating project kickoff calls
Compile and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
Organize and maintain client folders and reference materials for easy access and use
Build and maintain strong working relationships with utility providers and their contractors
Collaborate effectively with DFM Development Services, LLC and Muller team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer service role
Strong verbal, reading, and writing communication skills
Excellent business writing and administrative abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
