Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support: Prepare and manage customer quotations, respond to inquiries, and maintain timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Order Management: Process and track sales orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP and CRM systems (SAP and/or Salesforce); support basic reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to support commercial execution and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service, preferably in B2B or technology-driven environments
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work on-site in Fremont, CA
Preferred
Experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, or fiber optics
Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce
Spanish language skills for customer and distributor communication
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
