Responsibilities

Complete diagnostic evaluations and comprehensive assessments, safety and risk assessments, and implement treatment planning, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities such as individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy, as clinically indicated
Establish effective working relationships with clients and utilize solution-based interventions which best address specific problem areas, as identified in the client’s treatment plan
Provide therapy to individuals and families, including specialized treatments like integrated dual diagnosis and self-management plans
Participate, when clinically indicated, in treatment collaborative meetings
Complete all necessary documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) on time, ensuring it meets medical necessity standards
Maintain consistent expected productivity outcomes, which averages a minimum of 16 client treatment hours per week, with a monthly review
Attend and participate in weekly clinical supervision for clinicians working toward licensure and no less than monthly for licensed clinicians

Qualification

Master’s degree in Social WorkLicensure in MassachusettsDoctorate in Psychology

Required

Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field
Valid Massachusetts Drivers License

Preferred

Preferred licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LCSW)
Doctorate in Psychology and Licensed Eligible in Massachusetts
