Responsibilities
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of SLB's HPC clusters running Omega
Support infrastructure refresh initiatives, including compute nodes and storage migration
Provide proactive recommendations to improve cluster management and operational efficiency
Assist with break/fix activities on current hardware and coordinate with SLB for out-of-warranty systems
Qualification
Required
On-site technical expertise in High-Performance Computing (HPC)
Experience with Omega software
Knowledge of large cluster installations
Support for seismic processing workloads
Experience with CPU and GPU-accelerated nodes
Ability to ensure optimal performance and reliability of HPC clusters
Experience with infrastructure refresh initiatives
Knowledge of compute nodes and storage migration
Ability to provide proactive recommendations for cluster management and operational efficiency
Experience with break/fix activities on hardware
Coordination skills with SLB for out-of-warranty systems
