You'll translate audience strategies into functional workflows, owning the accurate segmentation, logic, quality assurance, and reporting
Be a HubSpot power user. You will manage lists, workflows, and QA to ensure clean, compliant delivery of our messages. You’ll create and maintain templates that enable partners to execute campaigns confidently and share best practices with teammates
Establish internal governance. You will build internal guidelines and safeguards to assess and reduce risk across different email strategies and lifecycle touchpoints. This includes documenting playbooks and repeatable processes for lifecycle engagement
Support channel expansion. You'll help shape Hudl’s modern, multi-channel customer journey by experimenting with emerging channels like chat, push/SMS, and conversational AI
Collaborate across teams. You will partner with marketing managers, sales, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to align messaging and sequence planning. You'll also work closely on frameworks to enable sales email cadences
