Responsibilities

Install, operate, maintain, repair and modify equipment

Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations

Analyze and evaluate products and related performance

Troubleshootsand diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time

Install, upgradesand remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change

TS/SCI Security ClearanceTechnical SupportRelevant Industry CertificationsProficiency with Specialized ToolsCollaborative Work

Required

Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start

Field Technician 1: Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 0 years experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years related experience

Field Technician 2: Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 1 year of related experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years related experience

Field Technician 3: Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 3 years of related experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience

Field Technician 4: Associates Degree or other 2 year technical degree in related discipline and 6 years related experience or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years related experience
