Responsibilities

Facilitate the HR integration requirements supporting the recent acquisition which will entail the transfer of employees from Heresite to WEG, which may include data cleansing, liaison the benefit and payroll migration, manage the transition of employment such as off-boarding/onboarding, etc
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Foster a positive work environment, communication and culture within Heresite
Foster a collaborative partnership with broader HR team in U.S. and Brazil HQ
Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disputes
Ensure the organization complies with all employment laws, regulations and Corporate compliance requirements
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resource role
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Thorough understanding of operations personnel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Savvy HRIS skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
