Responsibilities
Design and implement workflows in low-code platforms and automate manual processes
Work with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks to move and transform data
Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities and standardize and document processes for scaling
Embed generative AI, NLP, speech-to-text, and other services into workflows and experiment with emerging AI tools and capabilities
Qualification
Required
Experience with low-code or no-code platforms (Make/Zapier/n8n, Retool, Power Automate, Airtable, etc.)
Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, systems integrations and SQL
Comfort translating business needs into technical requirements
