EastRise Credit Union is seeking a Program Manager Workforce Technology Enablement to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of application training across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing team member proficiency with enterprise tools and advancing AI integration to improve operational strategies and member service.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deliver instructor lead (virtual, hybrid, in person) learning programs on specific programs and Microsoft 365 products

Facilitate and assess needs to adapt to skill level and department needs that are engaging, interactive and promote real scenario learning

Maintain and update training documents as systems evolve or new versions become available

Collaborate and serve as the liaison with IT department and users in order to translate technical updates to align training content with business processes, system configuration, skill gaps and system training needs

Support organizational learning initiatives tied to strategic initiatives and the organizational business plan

Provide measurements of the training as to the effectiveness of the training, along with proficiency outcomes by utilizing pre and post implementation training assessments along with tracking of completion of training by utilizing the Learning Management System to provide reports to leadership

Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
