Responsibilities
Apply technical knowledge and expertise to solve customer’s problems
Complete a comprehensive 6-month training program based in Corporate Headquarters
Be exposed to all aspects of The Timken Company's businesses and value selling techniques
Manage a customer territory consisting of original equipment manufacturers, distributors, and end users
Build strong relationships with customers
Leverage technical and commercial expertise to offer The Timken Company's capabilities, products, and services
Qualification
Required
College graduate (December 2025 - May 2026)
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering degree
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Engineering internships/co-ops preferred
Leadership experience demonstrated in academic or extra-curricular activities, or during employment
