Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team
Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling
Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs
Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar
Qualification
Required
Reside on the West Coast of the U.S. and are willing to work West Coast hours
7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent)
Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Experience managing customer relationships in both pre- and post-sales capacities
