Responsibilities
Researches criminal records
Assures compliance with all conditions
Maintains confidential, accurate records on each defendant within electronic case files
Submits appropriate documentation
Submits case disposition reports and summaries as required by supervisor
Updates computer in computer systems
Provides court services
Observes and collects urine specimens from defendants
Interviews program participants and parents/guardians to explain program requirements and options
Monitors progress of participants
Attends work on a regular and consistent basis
Must adhere to Federal, State, County and Local ordinances
Responds to emergency situations
May be assigned to other office locations based upon operational needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Science, Legal Studies or related field
Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license
Selected candidate must have no felony convictions
Preferred
At least one (1) year of experience in the criminal justice field
Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
