Vice President - Global Head of Analyst Relations
Genpact is a leading global professional services firm, and they are seeking a Vice President to lead their Analyst Relations efforts. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts, shaping the company's reputation, and executing a global analyst relations strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with key industry analysts, serving as the primary point of contact for analyst inquiries, briefings, and engagements
Create and execute a global analyst relations strategy aligned with Genpact's business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning
Organize and facilitate analyst briefings, meetings, and events to share insights, updates, and developments within the organization
Proactively provide analysts with relevant information about Genpact's offerings, capabilities, and successes
Monitor and analyze industry analyst reports, trends, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy
Develop and manage programs to engage analysts as advocates, including participation in events, speaking opportunities, and advisory boards
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of analyst relations efforts, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
Manage the analyst relations budget efficiently, maximizing resources to achieve strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
Demonstration of general marketing and business understand usually represented through a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field (Master's degree preferred)
A proven track record in analyst relations, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, which is usually represented by a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles
Deep understanding of analyst relations best practices, processes, and trends
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling messages
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and geographies
Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams and stakeholders is a plus
Proven experience in a leadership role within a global organization, preferably in the professional services or technology industry
