Responsibilities
Assist in the design, testing, and documentation of electrical systems, components, and equipment
Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical machinery on the production floor
Collaborate with management team on process improvements, automation initiatives, and equipment upgrades
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely support to production teams to minimize downtime
Gather and analyze data to help improve system reliability, efficiency, and safety
Maintain accurate engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to ongoing engineering projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field (required)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
Basic understanding of electrical systems, automation, and control systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Hands-on mindset and willingness to spend time on the production floor
Preferred
0–2 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment (internships/co-ops welcome)
