Responsibilities
Perform reliability testing for PCIe-based NVMe SSDs in enterprise-level customer environments
Report product defects and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution
Collaborate with multi-functional, global teams to develop and improve overall product requirements
Lead debugging efforts and data analysis for qualification failures
Drive the development of new test and debug tools for enhanced product validation
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree with 10+ years of proven experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Experience working with SSDs and a strong understanding of SSD architecture
Proficiency in Python, C, or PERL for debugging and test automation
Expertise in debugging electrical/embedded systems
Strong understanding of PCIe/NVMe protocols
Preferred
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Experience with firmware modules (e.g., thermal throttling, power states)
Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, or similar tools
Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for SSD qualification processes
