Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and TikTok
Develop and optimize Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Display campaigns to achieve target KPIs
Continuously monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and creative to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to refine campaign strategy
Collaborate with creative and web teams to align ad messaging with landing page experience
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance; report actionable insights to leadership
Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends, betas, and optimization tools
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search or PPC campaigns (agency or in-house)
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads experience a plus
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results across multiple platforms
Experience in direct response marketing, attribution, and conversion tracking
Analytical thinker with a deep understanding of campaign data and metrics
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
