They are seeking a Sales Enablement Onboarding Manager to design and enhance the onboarding experience for new sales hires, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in a fast-paced AI infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

Own new hire onboarding for sales—curriculum design, facilitation, and certification that reduce ramp time and drive measurable improvement in AE and SDR productivity

Build programs that help sellers explain Baseten’s platform and AI infra concepts clearly

Design and deliver multi-modal training programs with a mix of live and in-person, async learning, coaching plans, playbooks and more

Determine program KPIs and leverage data to report out on new hire onboarding progress, impact to ramp time, make changes to program as necessary to deliver impact where needed

Coach and develop sales talent through roleplays, deal reviews, and feedback

Partner with product and solutions teams to turn technical updates into enablement materials

Required

5+ years in sales enablement, ideally at a technical or infra company

Experience in a high-growth startup environment

Strong technical curiosity and ability to simplify complex topics

Experience using common tools like SFDC, Gong, Zoom, Slack, etc

Strong understanding of Sales Methodologies and Qualifications (Command of the Message, Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPICED)

Strong data-driven approach with experience in building and utilizing reporting systems to track progress, analyze gaps, and measure effectiveness of onboarding programs

Excellent communicator and facilitator
