Responsibilities
Responsible for the design of advertising materials such as, but not limited to emails, catalogs, flyers, and banners
Responsible for design, layout, copywriting, production, and marketing of all publications, print materials, signage, electronic media, and other promotional materials
Test graphics across various media
Ensure final graphics are visually appealing and on-brand
Prepare print-ready files ensuring they meet all technical specifications
Ensure color accuracy by using color profiles and understanding color calibration
Review and proofread designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready
Stay updated with the latest printing standards and techniques
Design/create office materials including business cards, labels, and PDF forms
Gather and produce body copy and images for products
Website Administrator - Maintain product images & descriptions on customer-facing website
Manage social media accounts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Graphic Design
0-3 years experience preferred, but willing to train
Ability to work in the office (Waukesha, WI)
Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Experience with 65Bit EasyCatalog a Plus
