Responsibilities

Lead development of both client-facing and internal dashboards and reports to track marketing performance across channels using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Google Looker Studio
Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing funnel data to make recommendations, enhance marketing ROI, and drive strategic decision-making
Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand, and Creative teams on the development of new campaigns by defining goals, establishing KPIs, and determining measurement methodologies
Own integration of marketing data sources (e.g., website, CRM, email, media) for full-funnel reporting
Develop & maintain reports to evaluate the impact of multi-channel marketing efforts and develop marketing attribution models to better understand customer journeys
Automate data pipelines and improve marketing database structure to enable better forecasting and segmentation
Play a key role in the strategy, implementation, and optimization of marketing data & technology platforms (Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics etc.)
Maintain and optimize sales and marketing platforms (e.g., websites, landing pages), automated processes (e.g., lead routing), integrations between systems, and data flows across MarTech platforms to ensure seamless operations and effective cross-platform performance
Coordinate system integrations, develop process documentation, and facilitate user training to drive platform adoption
Support the marketing team with campaign execution, including email programs, landing pages, A/B testing, and tracking implementation
Ensure channels & systems maintain compliance with data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Manage and collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager & Channel Managers to ensure accurate tracking and attribution setup (GTM, UTM structure, pixel management)
Present in a clear, business-friendly manner to clients and internal teams
Work cross-functionally to translate business goals into measurable analytics plans

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field
5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing operations, or similar
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel/Sheets for data wrangling and automation
Proficiency in one or more data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio)
Working knowledge of and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and campaign performance metrics
Minimum intermediate experience with GTM, UTMs, cookies, and marketing tracking practices
Strong analytical mindset and the ability to connect data to business impact
Strong communication skills - able to distill complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented, comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience collaborating on performance reporting and optimization
Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS and email template structures
Project management skills and an eye for process efficiency
Must be available to be onsite at least three days a week

Preferred

Experience with ABM platforms like Terminus, 6Sense, or similar
Experience with data transformation platforms like Adverity or similar
1-2+ years' experience with channel management, including paid media, organic social, email, web, or similar
Ability to read and edit basic HTML/CSS
