Responsibilities

Provide in depth troubleshooting for any developed software running in the clustered environment or monitor and manage the health of technology platforms and associate services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring all requirements are met
Service and maintain applications in expected turn-around times with a sense of urgency
Work with application teams to have application issues fixed, both short term and long term (root cause)
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize production downtime
Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize productivity
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and patterns, making data-driven decisions for process improvement
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth
Maintain, monitor, and support large and complex software systems in an operational 24X7 enterprise environment; analyze program logic and logistics; improve efficiency
Prepare and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and system configurations, for future reference
Acquire knowledge / agility to learn end to end SDLC lifecycle

Required

Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a bachelor's degree or in a 4+1 program in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technology discipline
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying

Keen interest in problem solving and tackling new technology challenges; quick thinking and results focused
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple tasks by effectively organizing the workload
Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary
Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation and able to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and technologies
