Contribute across analysis, testing, documentation, and day‑to‑day SAP operations as team priorities evolve

Maintain clear process/system documentation; capture meeting outcomes and track action items

Participate in data reviews and basic reporting to surface trends, issues, and opportunities

Support work intake and triage; escalate appropriately and monitor progress to closure

Learn end‑to‑end process flows; complete defined tasks with coaching and feedback

Assist change/release activities (e.g., UAT coordination, environment readiness, validating outcomes)
