Responsibilities
Managing schedules, risk, staffing, and deliverables
Serving as the primary customer interface
Leading internal execution teams
Supporting configuration and logistics planning
Ensuring compliance with security, quality, and reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Proven experience leading government programs or large-scale projects from planning through execution
Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and performance management principles
Experience managing subcontractors, task orders, and cross-functional technical teams
Ability to develop and execute risk mitigation and corrective action plans
Experience delivering executive-level status reports, metrics, and briefings
Working knowledge of government contract compliance and reporting requirements
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and process improvement initiatives
10+ years of program or project management experience
Demonstrated experience interfacing with Government CORs and PMs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or management-related field
PMP Certification or DAWIA Level II Program Management
Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs
Experience leading multi-site / OCONUS programs
