Client Solutions Specialist
Brand Networks provides technology to leading brands to enhance employee-generated content programs. As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will support client communications and the execution of influencer programs while gaining hands-on experience in marketing and project coordination.

Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for client questions and requests, providing timely and helpful support
Help maintain positive client relationships by assisting with updates, scheduling, and follow-ups
Participate in client meetings and document action items to ensure clear communication
Support the team in implementing strategies and plans for employee influencer programs
Help gather and organize information to align our efforts with client goals
Contribute ideas and feedback during team brainstorming and planning sessions
Assist in onboarding clients to the BN Influencer platform by helping with training materials, walkthroughs, and FAQs
Collaborate with the product support team to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
Encourage platform usage by helping clients understand key features and best practices
Help track project timelines, deliverables, and updates using tools like Asana
Coordinate with internal teams (like creative, product, and support) to keep work moving forward
Support the team in preparing presentations, client decks, and documentation
Help compile and organize program data to highlight progress and performance
Assist in creating basic reports and summaries that showcase client results
Learn to identify insights that support client goals and inform future strategies
Contribute to improving internal processes by sharing ideas and feedback
Stay curious and informed about social media trends, influencer marketing, and client success strategies
Be an active, positive member of the Client Solutions team and eager to grow in your role
Qualification
Required
Internship or 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or client service role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage tasks and timelines
Comfortable learning and using digital tools (experience with Asana or similar tools is a plus)
Curious, analytical mindset with a desire to learn from data
Collaborative and enthusiastic about working in a team setting
Eager to learn and take on new challenges
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented
Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, or tech-driven communications
