Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Application Programmer to join their team. This role is responsible for managing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing their PHP-based web ERP application.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications—including both front-end and back-end components

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices

Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure high performance and an optimal user experience

Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather and interpret functional requirements

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities

Maintain and enhance existing PHP applications

Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis for issues as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills

Experience working within a structured SDLC environment

Familiarity with Linux server environments

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Self‑motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Must be able to commute to Newnan, GA 30263 (Required)
