GlobalFoundries is a leading full-service semiconductor foundry providing design, development, and fabrication services. They are looking for a Principal Post Fab Planner to manage the flow of production and improve supply chain efficiency within their Post Fab Planning Team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for activities related to controlling, scheduling, and managing the flow of production from wafer start to distribution of finished product

Chair Daily / Weekly meeting to review the operational performance

Drive the Post Fab Operation and Engineering Team to meet Customer Delivery

Analyzing any potential shipment gap and providing alternative solutions

Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain

Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems that impact customers and the direction of the business

Acts independently in solving problems with minimum guidance

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required

Education - Degree/master's in engineering is preferred. Degree in other discipline with 6-8 years of relevant experience will be considered

Experience - At least 3 years' experience in Planning & Production Control. Those with Post Fab experience will be an added advantage

Direct expertise in Semiconductor backend process, packing, assembly & test and OSAT experience

Excellent writing, editing, oral communications and project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity

Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Ability to interact with all levels of organization

Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders

Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Strong planning & organizational skills
