Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach to residential and/or small business customers in assigned New Bedford neighborhoods
Present and explain company products/services in a clear, professional manner
Identify customer needs and match them with the best solution
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Document leads, customer interactions, and completed sales
Maintain professionalism, positivity, and persistence in the field
Participate in team meetings, training, and performance coaching
Represent the company brand with Integrity At All Times
Qualification
Required
Previous Sales Experience (door-to-door, telecom, energy, solar, home services, or Commission-based Roles)
Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable walking outdoors and engaging with strangers
Goal-oriented and competitive mindset
