Responsibilities
Lead enterprise transformation programs, including systems migrations, application modernization, and process optimization
Facilitate biweekly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) agenda planning and ensure alignment on enterprise priorities
Manage program interdependencies, risks, and resources using standardized methodologies
Oversee technology enablement initiatives and ensure operational readiness through structured change management
Provide executive-level reporting and insights using uniform dashboards and templates
Champion “The Clarvida Way” by enforcing scalable frameworks and governance structures
Approach work with a consultative approach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of experience
Preferred
PMP Certification would be great to have
