Responsibilities

Configure and administer Concur Expense system including but not limited to user administration, imports/exports, policies, expense groups, forms, workflows, audit rules and integration with SAP to meet SCAH business needs

Assist with report generation, system reconciliations, and Concur customer support as needed

Provide Concur platform expertise, including features for Travel, Expense, and Mobile, and guide teammates on company Travel & Expense reimbursement policies

Manage and ensure complete integration of Bank of America credit card transactions into Concur Expense System

Troubleshooting and resolution of user technical issues

Identify process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of our business systems to support initiatives

Recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks

Manage Concur audit rules to ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation capture

Ensures system audit rules, reminders, monthly reports and system settings are operating correctly, and teammate data is updated accurately

Conduct expense report transaction and records reviews, effectively document findings, and assist in identifying and following up on remediation activities to address such findings, including escalating compliance issues for management review

Communicate with management about policy compliance and serve as the primary contact for Concur-related inquiries

Oversee setup for new Concur users ensuring proper Travel & Expense Reimbursement policy training has been completed

Provide Concur System Training to current and new teammates as needed

Lead annual Travel & Expense Reimbursement policy refresher training for organization

Perform ad-hoc project requests and additional duties when assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance or Equivalent Experience

Possess strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to communicate and work with Senior and Executive level management regarding policy compliance issues

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency

Must be able to problem-solve independently or collaboratively with various personnel

Requires self-starter and multi-tasker qualities

Ability to complete tasks efficiently in a deadline-oriented and fast-paced environment

Preferred

2+ years' experience working as a Concur subject matter expert
