Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Java
Strong knowledge of object-oriented and functional programming
Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality code, supported by automated testing practices
Excellent English communication skills, with a strong interest in engaging in deep technical discussions
Strong overall communication skills, with a willingness to participate and openly share opinions and ideas
Confidence to challenge assumptions and ask questions in order to deliver features with the highest possible quality
