Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle export operations for both air and ocean freight shipments
Arrange domestic trucking and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules
Prepare and file AES / SED accurately and in compliance with U.S. export regulations
Book shipments with airlines and steamship lines and manage cut-off times and schedules
Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, steamship lines, and trucking companies
Handle accounts payable related to export operations, including reviewing vendor and carrier invoices
Prepare and issue customer invoices and ensure billing accuracy
Maintain shipment records and ensure proper documentation retention
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on experience in international freight forwarding or logistics operations
Customer-oriented communication skills
Preferred
Bilingual English/Japanese preferred
