Provide technical support for customer inquiries and engineering requests
Develop and execute test plans with internal labs
Interpret specifications (ICEA, IEEE, UL, NEC, ASTM, NEMA, etc.)
Partner with manufacturing and R&D to solve design challenges
Participate in field installations and standards committees
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
CAD and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and public-speaking skills
Interest in hands-on, cross-functional engineering environments
