Required
CALL CENTER AND OR APPOINTMENT SETTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Able to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer
Prior experience in making out-bound calls
Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Comfortable and at ease with making calls
Self-motivated and a team player
Preferred
B2B appointment setting a plus!
