Responsibilities

Provide top quality service to clients and complete administration and paperwork for client financial accounts

Maintain CRM database to ensure data is accurate regarding clients, prospects and other contacts

Oversee a schedule of client reviews, along with Wealth Manager/Wealth Planner, and reaching out to clients to coordinate meetings

Respond to client and internal questions regarding accounts and operational procedures

Manage marketing functions such as social media posts, preparing and sending out blog/article posts by email blast, looking for content to share with existing and prospective clients and marketing projects

Help with practice event planning: managing invitations, guest lists and ordering client/practice lunches

Offer administrative and office management support to the team

Required

Ability to build immediate rapport with personnel and clients

Previous work experience, including internships involving client service and/or marketing, is preferred

BA/BS degree

Experience in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Experience with Salesforce, Fidelity's Wealthscape platform and Schwab Advisor Services platform is a plus

Experience with a mass email marketing software program

Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and organize workflow

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

1 or more years of professional related work experience

You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
