They are seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead their global internal IT function, ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of internal systems and applications across various regions.

Responsibilities

Own the global internal IT strategy and day-to-day operations across multiple regions

Establish consistent IT standards, policies, and best practices worldwide

Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and licensing

Own and support business systems, including Salesforce, ChurnZero, AWS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and other enterprise applications

Lead system implementations, enhancements, and integrations

Ensure system reliability, performance, and user adoption

Oversee global endpoint management including laptops, peripherals, printers, operating systems, etc

Manage device provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and asset lifecycle tracking

Ensure a secure, scalable, and well-supported technology environment

Partner with internal stakeholders to support audits, compliance, and risk management

Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Oversee and continuously improve the IT service ticketing process, ensuring timely resolution, clear prioritization, and a high-quality support experience for employees across all regions

Act as a trusted IT partner to Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, Product, and Customer Success

Translate business needs into effective technology solutions

Deliver high-quality internal IT support and continuously improve the employee technology experience

Lead internal IT staff and/or managed service providers

Provide direction, coaching, and performance oversight

Manage external vendors and consultants to ensure high service levels
