Responsibilities
Oversee, plan, and design highly complex application architectures and business processes to improve organizational efficiency
Lead coding activities across the stack, utilizing .Net, SQL, and WCF to build and modify systems that meet precise client needs
Create and maintain the architecture for complex business process domains; construct conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries
Lead the creation of complex test case scenarios and monitor application testing to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the final system design
Facilitate technical walkthroughs and meetings with large-account clients to define business needs and explore complex technical solutions
Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers, participating in technical reviews to ensure the implementation maintains the 'intent of change.'
Provide accurate time estimates for project-related tasks and support project teams throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
Qualification
Required
12+ years of professional experience in application development and business analysis
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Deep proficiency in .Net, SQL, and WCF
Extensive experience with business process re-engineering and the interface between information technology and functional business groups
Strong understanding of programming concepts, coding languages, and the implementation of enterprise-level value propositions
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating efficient business software solutions
Expert communicator who can translate technical language into business language for non-technical stakeholders
Thrive in a leadership and team environment, capable of managing multiple projects and switching tasks quickly
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional team members
Candidates must be comfortable working within PST or CST business hours
Candidates must be US Citizen or GC holder since there is a possibility of conversion to a full-time employee at the end of the contract
